Therapy Specialist Nurse – London & South Region

Are you an experienced Renal Nurse seeking a new challenge, or a dynamic Registered General Nurse looking to develop a career in the industry? We are seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to deliver exceptional training and education to our NHS customers across our therapy portfolio.

If you are an RGN with significant clinical and operational experience within the NHS and a proven track record in planning, delivering, and assessing clinical training, we would love to speak with you. Experience in Haemodialysis or Peritoneal Dialysis is advantageous, but full training will be provided. A formal teaching and assessing qualification is preferred but not essential.

This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, working variable hours between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. It is a field-based position requiring extensive travel within the London and South regions.

Role Responsibilities

1. Support the development of new business and protect existing business through high-quality clinical training and education.
2. Develop and deliver added-value clinical training to NHS groups and individuals, providing ongoing support to nursing and medical staff.
3. Maintain awareness of competitor products, services, and activities.
4. Build and maintain relationships with key customers as outlined in the Territory Action Plans.
5. Collaborate proactively with your Regional Business Manager to ensure activities align with the Territory Action Plan and overall business strategy.
