Job summary

Priory Group in Bristol seeks an experienced Therapy Services Manager to lead and develop therapy provision across Priory Hospital Bristol and Bristol Park Clinic, 37.5 hours per week.

Reporting to the Hospital Director, the TSM has full accountability for inpatient and day care therapy services, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care while driving performance, innovation and growth.

Qualifications

• Essentials include leadership and ability to deliver high-quality care with continuous improvement.
• Proven decision-making, proactive and commercial thinking in a fast-paced environment.
• Desirable post-registration qualification or professional accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to therapy services across both sites.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, compliant services meeting regulatory standards and KPIs.
• Lead clinical governance, quality assurance and continuous service improvement.
• Manage and develop a multidisciplinary therapy team and foster collaboration across clinical services.
• Oversee financial performance, budgets and resource planning, addressing risks and opportunities.
• Drive business development and service growth while maintaining occupancy levels.
• Maintain a small clinical caseload and support therapy delivery when needed.
• Build external partnerships to support recruitment and service profile.
• Support workforce development, supervision and CPD across the team.
• Contribute to on-call rota and wider senior management responsibilities.
