Job summary

Athona Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Therapy Services Manager to lead a multidisciplinary therapy team at a specialist mental health hospital in Roehampton, Greater London. The role focuses on delivering high-quality inpatient care, driving service development, quality improvement and governance.

You will shape therapy services, support staff development, manage staffing and budgets, and ensure CQC standards are met while collaborating with clinical colleagues to improve patient

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary clinical or therapy teams.
• Strong operational and people management skills.
• Knowledge of CQC standards and clinical governance.
• Experience managing budgets and workforce planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
