Job summary

The North Wales Cancer Treatment Centre within Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is inviting applications from HCPC registered therapeutic radiographers or soon-to-qualify students. You will rotate through pre-treatment and treatment areas, supported by a preceptorship and training programme, with hours 08:00–18:30 and involvement in the on-call rota.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration as Therapeutic Radiographer is essential.
• Experience in a busy radiotherapy department with modern techniques.
• Desirable: experience with Varian equipment and Aria software.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a patient-focused radiotherapy service under supervision.
• Deliver high-quality radiotherapy treatments with compliance to statutory regulations and organisational policies.
• Rotate through pre-treatment and treatment areas to support service delivery and participate in on-call rota if required.
