A leading private hospital in London is seeking a Therapy Radiographer to join their award-winning cancer center. The role involves supporting patients through radiotherapy, ensuring high standards of care, and working with advanced technology. We have an exciting opportunity for a Therapy Radiographer to join our Radiotherapy team at The London Clinic, based at our Duchess of Devonshire Wing (W1G 6JA). We are offering a competitive inclusive salary range of £44,252 - £54,077 per annum.
Established in 1932, The London Clinic is one of the UK's largest private hospitals, with 8 state-of-the-art facilities located in the heart of London's medical community around Harley Street. We have circa 1350 employees, and we are dedicated to providing our patients with expert, individualised treatment and care. The Duchess of Devonshire Wing is The London Clinic's dedicated award-winning cancer centre, which includes state-of-the-art radiotherapy, and chemotherapy suites as well as 47 dedicated patient bedrooms for Oncology & Haematology patients. The London Clinic radiotherapy department uses the world's most up-to-date technology to provide the most advanced treatments possible for our patients. The radiotherapy equipment includes three linear accelerators (Linacs), the CyberKnife robotic radiosurgery system, and two Varian Linacs.
Job Profile:
The Therapy Radiographer will support the radiotherapy patient through the clinical and technical delivery of all radiotherapy tasks from referral to follow up, with specific focus on treatment planning. The post holder will bridge the gap between planning and treatment by supporting treatment delivery, underpinned by radiotherapy planning knowledge and expertise. The post holder will ensure the highest standards of treatment and care at all times.
