UK Therapy Guide is dedicated to making high-quality, trusted mental health therapy accessible. Our platform connects individuals seeking therapy with qualified professionals.

We are on a mission to transform mental health access and are working on an exciting new startup project that will revolutionise the mental health space. We’re looking for a passionate individual to join us on this journey. Ideally, someone who’s experienced the power of therapy firsthand and understands the profound value it can bring to people’s lives.

This role is ideal for someone seeking part-time work with the opportunity to grow and develop new skills as the position evolves alongside the business.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and personable individual with a strong interest in the therapy field. This part-time, freelance contractor position is fully remote, making it perfect for someone who loves helping others and thrives in a dynamic environment.

As a Therapy Placement Coordinator, you’ll work directly with clients during live placement calls. Drawing on the information they’ve shared about their therapy needs and preferences, you’ll use your growing knowledge of our therapist network to identify and propose the most suitable matches. Empathetic and clear communication is essential, as you’ll be guiding clients through an important stage in their journey, ensuring their comfort and confidence in the therapeutic journey.

We provide comprehensive training and follow strict safeguarding procedures to ensure the highest standards of care and client safety.

* This role requires a strong understanding of the UK context, and we welcome applications from individuals based in the UK or those with a significant connection to the country.

  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely solutions
  • Gather and manage customer feedback to enhance our services
  • Attend creative team meetings and contribute to project development
  • Manage therapist bookings

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and support clients
  • Highly organised and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Google Suite / Google Workspace and other digital tools
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not essential
  • A solid understanding and insight into therapy and therapeutic processes

Why Join Us?

  • Flexible, remote working opportunity
  • Be part of a company that’s making a real difference in mental health
