Job description

Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.

About Your Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Therapy Office Administrator.

You will work within our Therapy Division on a full-time basis, working Monday to Friday from either the Shepperton or Seymour office in VIC.

The role is responsible for a broad range of office administration including booking and management of therapy appointments, greeting clients and general office duties.

Your Key Focus

You will work with a collaborative team in an organisation with the scale and ambition to advance the client, family and employee experience across our sector.

  • Providing a welcoming and informative customer service to our clients and staff.
  • Booking and management of therapy appointments.
  • Collaborating with Team Leaders, Therapists and the Therapy Contracts Lead.
  • Maintaining and updating schedules, confirming, rescheduling and managing appointment cancellations.
  • Booking resources – cars, rooms and online sessions for therapists.

What We Look For

  • Prior administrative work experience in the disability / medical sector advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written, with attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Confidence to work collaboratively and autonomously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Previous experience using Client Management Systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Client focused.
  • Warm and welcoming demeanor, professional appearance.

Requirements

  • Current Driver’s License and your own vehicle.
  • Registered with AHPRA or for Speech Pathologists, you are a practicing member of Speech Pathology Australia.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee).
  • Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years.
