How you’ll help us make health happen:

As the Therapy Networks Lead, you will:

  • Deliver and maintain detailed consultant network reporting, collaborating with Data & Analytics teams.
  • Define and implement tactical interventions to grow consultant capacity and improve customer experience.
  • Conduct annual reviews of therapist network fees, considering market conditions and making recommendations to senior management.
  • Manage relationships with key therapy bodies and providers to gain market insights and endorse changes in Bupa’s approaches.
  • Play an active role in the Provider Management team, contributing to Bupa’s strategy and fostering a culture of risk management and issue resolution.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

  • Experience in healthcare or life sciences sectors
  • Expertise in data analysis and insight, with the ability to work with large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and healthcare economics.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale programmes of change or tactical interventions.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex issues clearly and concisely.
