Voyage Care in Stockton-on-Tees is seeking a hands-on Therapy Lead to support residents at Riverway Lodge. You will translate therapy plans into a rehabilitation pathway, acting as the vital link between therapists and the service.

We value resilience, flexibility and excellent communication, with a willingness to complete an apprenticeship or diploma as part of your CPD and to train across all therapy areas to help people grow in confidence and independence.

Qualifications

• Willingness to complete apprenticeship or diploma as part of CPD.
• Willing to complete training for all aspects of therapy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Be resilient, flexible and positive in approach.

Responsibilities

• Translate plans and therapy goals defined by therapists into the rehabilitation pathway.
• Act as the link between the therapist team and the service to support residents.
• Help people we support reach their full potential and gain independence.
• Work with a dynamic team across multiple therapy disciplines.
