Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (MCHFT) is offering a Band 4 Therapy Assistant Practitioner role at Leighton Hospital, Crewe, for 22.5 hours weekly on a part-time basis within acute wards. The post involves working with occupational therapists and physiotherapists, carrying out delegated assessments and interventions under supervision.

Candidates should have at least 12 months NHS experience, including acute ward exposure, and 12 months as a Band 3 therapy assistant.

Qualificações

• Acute ward experience within NHS or hospital setting.
• 12 months NHS experience, preferably on acute wards.
• Band 3 therapy assistant experience is common and helpful for Band 4 roles.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in management and treatment of patients under guidance of a qualified clinician.
• Independently carry out specified assessments and programmes as planned with a clinician.
• Contribute to seven-day service and data reporting for monthly summaries.
