Job summary

Willow Green CIO in Warrington is seeking a Therapy Assistant to join the multi-disciplinary team and help deliver therapeutic approaches to learners with complex needs. You will work alongside the Therapy Lead and external professionals to ensure personalised, effective support in college and community settings.

Qualifications

• Experience with learners who have significant and complex SEND/ disabilities.
• Experience with adverse childhood experiences and risk of NEET.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of therapeutic approaches across Willow Green, working with the Therapy Lead and external professionals to ensure learners receive consistent, personalised and effective support.
• Collaborate with teaching, support and Therapy colleagues to maximise learner progress and safe practice.
