Job description

The Community Occupational Therapy Service based at Radcliffe is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team alongside experienced Occupational Therapy staff.

Role Overview: As a Therapy Assistant, you will assist our team in delivering treatment to patients in their own homes or residential settings. You will work independently, undertaking tasks delegated by qualified staff, and will actively participate in coordinating, delivering, and evaluating individual patient care.

Responsibilities:

  1. Implement treatment programmes for community patients assessed by qualified staff in the Adult Community Occupational Therapy Service.
  2. Manage an active caseload under supervision, including treating patients in various settings such as homes, clinics, and care facilities, often working alone.

  • The service is based at Radcliffe Primary Care Centre, serving residents with physical disabilities.
