A leading healthcare provider is looking for a Therapy Assistant to join their team at Hothfield Neurological Rehabilitation Centre. The role involves supporting residents with complex neurological conditions through individualized treatment plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and promoting resident independence. We currently have an opportunity for a compassionate, proactive, and motivated Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team at Hothfield Neurological Rehabilitation Centre. Our centre provides expert care and rehabilitation for individuals living with complex neurological conditions, including acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, and progressive neurological disorders.
As a Therapy Assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping residents regain independence, improve quality of life, and achieve their personal goals. You’ll work closely with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech and Language Therapists to support and deliver individualised treatment plans tailored to each person’s unique needs.
