We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Band 3 Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic therapy team, supporting older adults across the West Sussex area. This role offers the chance to work alongside experienced and supportive Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists, delivering high-quality rehabilitation and reablement services. You will play a key role in supporting therapy interventions, promoting independence, and contributing to the overall wellbeing of our patients.

Essential qualifications include NVQ3 or equivalent level of knowledge and GCSE Maths and English or equivalent. Essential experience includes at least 12 months experience of working in a caring environment.
