Job description

Job Title: Behaviour Therapist

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide specialized behavioral therapy to children with special needs, focusing on behavior modification and skill development.
  2. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess and develop individualized treatment plans.
  3. Conduct behavioral assessments to identify target behaviors and set measurable goals.
  4. Implement evidence-based behavior intervention techniques to address challenging behaviors and promote positive change.
  5. Design and deliver therapy sessions tailored to each child's needs, including one-on-one and group formats.
  6. Use data collection methods to track progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
  7. Foster a supportive environment that encourages positive development.
  8. Adapt therapy approaches based on each child's strengths and challenges.
  9. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Additional Information:
