Position Overview

As our Therapist Liaison Coordinator, you will bring experience from a fast-paced customer service environment, possess excellent telephone skills, and have knowledge of mental health issues and therapies. You should be commercially savvy, customer-focused, and adept at building relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage relationships with associate therapists within your designated region.
  2. Provide education, constructive feedback, and ensure therapists meet SLA and KPI standards to deliver high-quality service.
  3. Discuss and escalate risks with therapists to appropriate staff (e.g., Clinical Lead or Professional Head) promptly.
  4. Adhere to Consent and Data Protection Act regulations, reporting breaches immediately.
  5. Communicate effectively with relevant parties via reports, emails, and calls to ensure case processing within specified timescales.
  6. Ensure patient discharges comply with company procedures and are completed timely.
