As a City Spa Therapist, you will be passionate and friendly, providing first-class service and delivering the highest standards of therapeutic, holistic, and wellbeing treatments. You should be confident in performing facials, massages, and nail treatments. At Champneys, you will receive excellent training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

• Having thorough knowledge of our environment and advising customers accordingly.
• Maximizing sales at all times to meet or exceed budgetary targets.
• Carrying out spa treatments to the required standards while adhering to treatment times.
• Providing professional advice to clients and promoting available treatments.
• Promoting products and offering skin consultations with full home care prescriptions for premium clients.

We require candidates to be qualified in:

• Previous experience working in a spa or beauty salon is essential.

Weekend work is on a rota basis.
