Green Apple Dental in Dursley is seeking a UK Qualified Dental Therapist for 3-5 days per week in a modern, newly refurbished independently owned practice.

The position offers £12 per UDA with direct access and occasional hygiene work paid at an hourly rate. The Principal provides on-site mentoring and the practice has a strong local reputation with new equipment across four surgeries. Start date negotiable and parking is available within walking distance.

Qualifications

• Full NHS Performer Number is required
• GDC certificate is required
• UK DBS with hep B, hep C, HIV, TB tests in last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate
• Passport
• Enhanced DBS within last 12-36 months
• Clinical references covering past 2 years (min 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate within last 12 months
• IRMER
• PIN number
