We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a proactive and well-organised individual to join our Therapies Department, supporting the education and training of both staff and students. This role will be based across the Luton & Dunstable and Bedford Hospital sites, providing a valuable contribution to the development of learning within our clinical teams.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Therapies Practice Development Team, the Trusts' Recruitment Team, Higher Education Providers, and learners within the department to ensure the effective coordination and delivery of educational initiatives. Applicants should possess previous administrative experience, with strong communication and organisational skills, alongside a background in working within clinical environments. A genuine interest in supporting the professional growth of others is essential.
This is a pioneering role that offers the opportunity to shape and enhance the provision of high-quality, practice-based learning within the department.
Interviews for this position will be held in person on Friday 12th September at the Luton and Dunstable Hospital.
