Training Manager – Pharma - £450p/d (Inside of IR35) – 6 Months

UK-leading Pharmaceutical Client now requires a Training Manager to lead the development and delivery of commercial sales training programmes.

This role is focused on enhancing the capability and performance of field-based sales teams through structured, impactful learning initiatives.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to assess training needs; design blended learning content and support major product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deliver, and manage sales training programmes across field-based commercial teams
  • Collaborate with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to assess training requirements
  • Develop blended learning content, including virtual modules, workshops, and coaching tools
  • Support new product rollouts and market strategy shifts with targeted enablement plans
  • Measure training effectiveness and refine content based on feedback and performance metrics
  • Act as a consultative partner to the business, advising on capability development initiatives

The ideal Training Manager will have the following skills/experience:

  • Proven experience in commercial sales training, within pharmaceuticals
  • Strong facilitation skills and comfort with both virtual and in-person delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement blended learning solutions
  • Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across commercial and technical teams
  • A performance-driven approach with a focus on measurable business outcomes

Rate: £450p/d (Outside of IR35)

Location: London, St Pancras

Duration: 6 Months (Rolling)
