Job summary

Charles Hunter Associates is seeking a caring, resilient Children's Residential Support Worker to join our Leicester team. You will help children and young people feel safe, supported and valued as part of a stable daily routine.

No prior residential childcare experience is required, but a positive attitude, empathy and commitment are essential. The role offers progression, funded training and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
• You don't need to have years of experience in residential childcare if you have the right attitude and compassion.
