Pebbles Care Limited is seeking a Cluster Residential Child Care Worker to join our team across a small cluster of homes in Scotland. You will support children with daily life, school runs, and engaging activities, while delivering a caring, therapeutic approach.

The role is full-time, averaging 56.4 hours per week (including sleepovers) with a rota pattern. Induction, shadow shifts, and ongoing professional development are provided, along with benefits such as a salary sacrifice pension and

Responsabilités

• Drive children to and from school, appointments and visits (UK manual driving license essential).
• Support daily home life and teach life skills such as meals and household chores.
• Engage children in activities, outings and holidays to create lasting memories.
• Work full-time across a cluster of homes with rota-based shifts including sleepover hours.
