You'll cover a small cluster of homes, with shifts that include 24-hour sleepovers and 56.4 hours per week on average, delivering tailored support to young people aged 8–18.

• Full-time role averaging 56.4 hours per week including sleep hours.
• Driving children to school, appointments and visits as part of daily home life.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored support to young people on shift across homes in a cluster.
