CrossReach is seeking a residential childcare worker to join Millmuir Farm House near Gargunnock, by Stirling. You will help children and young people settle, build confidence, and develop life skills in a nurturing, therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• SVQ Level 3 in Social Services (Children and Young People) is required or you will be willing to work towards it
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Emotional resilience and ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities
