As a Band Therapeutic Radiographer, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality radiotherapy treatment using advanced techniques like SABR, VMAT, DIBH, TBI, and SRS. You’ll work with an experienced team in a friendly environment where your development and well-being matter.

Our department is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including Varian Halcyons, Varian TrueBeams with DoF, RGSC, and SRS capability, Siemens CT GoSims, and HDR, all networked by ARIA. We are a multi-site centre with satellites in Swindon & Milton Keynes – sites, team!

Main duties of the job

• Work as a senior member of the Radiographers team, covering all sections including mould room, CT scanning, virtual simulation, and contouring, as well as delivering a wide range of treatments and IGRT techniques.
• Support the team leader in managing the clinical workload and organizing treatment activities.
• Liaise with the multidisciplinary team.
• Assist in organizing treatment unit operations to ensure efficient service delivery and workload management.
• Supervise, support, and teach junior staff and students.
