Overview

Job Title: Therapeutic Integration Practitioner (TIP)

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with complex needs? We're looking for a Therapeutic Integration Practitioner (TIP) to support students who face barriers to traditional education, including neurodiversity, trauma, attachment challenges, and SEMH needs.

Responsibilities
  • Support students through assessment, induction, and integration phases.
  • Work collaboratively with therapists, teachers, and inclusion specialists to create tailored plans.
  • Build strong therapeutic relationships and engage students in individual, group, and community sessions.
  • Develop individualised timetables and coordinate community-based learning opportunities.
  • Monitor progress, update assessments, and report on student outcomes.
  • Liaise with families, carers, and external agencies to ensure holistic support.
Qualifications
  • Experience supporting young people with complex needs or neurodiversity.
  • Knowledge of EHCPs, SEND legislation, safeguarding, and multi-disciplinary collaboration.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and flexibility.
  • Qualifications in Education, Social Work, Youth Work, Psychology, or relevant experience.
