Pebbles Care Limited is hiring a Cluster Residential Child Care Worker on a full-time basis. You will work across a cluster of homes within a short travel distance, providing tailored support to young people on a one-to-one or two-to-one basis.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one or two-to-one support to young people across a cluster of homes.
• Work collaboratively with the team across multiple locations within a short journey of each other.
• Participate in induction and shadow shifts to learn the Pebbles Way and therapeutic care model.
