Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Therapeutic Children’s Social Worker to join in Swindon.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Delivering direct services to children, families, and carers, ensuring their needs are at the heart of your work.
  • Managing and being accountable for a personal caseload of children, maintaining the highest standards of care and responsibility.
  • Safeguarding children through robust and proactive measures, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Maintaining accurate and thorough case recording to support transparency and accountability.
  • Providing expert professional advice to families, carers, and relevant parties to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Liaising with partners and agencies to collaboratively act in the best interest of the child, fostering positive outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
