Job summary

The Esland Group Ltd seeks a Children’s Residential Support Worker for our Lilac Lodge home in Telford. You will provide nurturing, therapeutic care for our young people, supporting daily routines, education plans and engaging activities in a 365-day service.

A full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK are essential. The role offers a permanent full-time contract with shifts including sleep-ins, plus progression routes to Level 4/5 Residential Childcare qualifications, paid induction,

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions.

• Applicants must be aged 21 or above.
• Previous childcare or support worker experience is advantageous but not essential.
