Job Title: Therapeutic Care Worker

Location: Gloucester

Our Rates of Pay

1. £26,500 - £27,500 Entry level Care Worker
2. £29,500 - £30,500 for qualified Residential Care Workers with Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, or extensive experience in social/clinical care and relevant alternative qualifications.
3. £28,000 - £29,500 unqualified - £29,500 qualified Waking Nights (4 on 4 off, 35 hours pw)
4. £36,000 Senior TCWs (L3 C&YP essential, previous experience in a Senior Support role)

Our homes are located in Gloucestershire and Worcestershire, set in peaceful, rural areas. We collaborate with SEN education and therapeutic teams to support young people with traumatic backgrounds towards positive outcomes.

Essential Requirements

• Full manual UK driving licence required for transporting children in company cars.
• Age 21 or older due to regulatory requirements.
• Successful application for an enhanced DBS certificate and registration with the update service (funded by the company).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Availability to work shift patterns, including some unsociable hours over a rolling 7-day, 39-hour week.
• Ability to provide acceptable references.
