About the opportunity:

• Outlier is looking for talented physics experts to help train generative artificial intelligence models.
• This freelance opportunity is remote and offers flexible hours, allowing you to work whenever it suits you.
• Your tasks will include assessing the factuality and relevance of domain-specific text produced by AI models, crafting and answering physics-related questions, and evaluating and ranking AI-generated responses.

Examples of desirable expertise:

• A bachelor's degree or higher in physics or a related field.
• Experience working as a physics professional.
• Ability to communicate physics concepts clearly in fluent English.

Payment:

• Current pay rates for core project work range from $30 to $50 per hour USD.
• Rates depend on expertise, skills assessment, location, and project specifics, with higher rates often for PhDs. Additional phases such as onboarding or overtime may have different rates. Incentive payments may also be available. Please review payment terms for each project.
