Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking an experienced medical sales professional to drive growth across hospital theatres, A&E and wards in the North East and Yorkshire. Build clinician relationships, run product trials and deliver clinical training with full support.

The role offers a competitive basic (£45,000–£55,000) plus a £22k OTE, car allowance (£600 pcm or EV) and comprehensive benefits including healthcare and pension. A full driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven medical sales professional with a track record of hitting targets.
• NHS/private hospital sales experience, ideally surgical or theatre.
• Confident in theatre environments.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a hospital territory across Theatres, A&E and Wards.
• Build relationships with clinicians and facilitate product trials.
• Deliver clinical training with full product training and ongoing support.
