The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital is seeking Healthcare Support Workers to join its Main Theatres Department, supporting 19 operating theatres and a dedicated multidisciplinary team.

You will assist with peri-operative patient care, theatre setup, and safe patient transfer while upholding the Trust's PRIDE values. Full induction and ongoing training are provided within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities essential.
• Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion in patient care.
• Experience in healthcare settings valued but not essential; full training provided.

Responsabilités

• Move patients between wards, theatres and recovery.
• Support peri-operative patient care with multidisciplinary team.
• Assist theatre personnel by preparing equipment and maintaining stock levels.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and timely per Trust policies.
