Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Healthcare Support Worker to join the Plastics and ENT Theatres team. You will assist in perioperative care, move patients, support theatre staff, and help maintain a safe, well-organised operating environment.

No prior Healthcare Assistant experience required, as full training and induction will be provided. We value PRIDE, patient-centred care, and professional development within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Formación

• Healthcare assistant experience is desirable but not essential.
• Induction programme attendance is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Move patients between wards, theatres and recovery areas.
• Support theatre staff in providing a safe, high-quality perioperative environment.
• Assist clinical practitioners with procedures and basic patient care under supervision.
• Support in stock management and equipment handling within theatre and related areas.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of documentation and patient safety.
