North Tees & Hartlepool Solutions is seeking a proactive inventory support officer to manage theatre stock and related stores functions across North Tees and Hartlepool sites. You will deliver high-quality service, ensuring a smooth flow of goods and proactive stock control, while maintaining excellent communication with teams at all levels.

The role requires flexibility to work across hospital sites and a patient-focused mindset aligned with NHS standards.

The successful candidate will be expected to provide high quality service and support to Theatres in relation to all Inventory Management activities. Working under the supervision of the Trauma and Orthopaedic Supplies Supervisor, the successful candidate will be expected to ensure a smooth logistical flow of goods throughout Theatres and additional areas., To provide a high quality service and support to Theatres in relation to, but not limited to

A flexible approach is also essential as there will be a requirement to work at both our North Tees and Hartlepool hospital sites.

The role requires the candidate to have knowledge and experience of stock control, supplies/stores functions and providing excellent levels of customer service. The ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organisation is an essential requirement.
