A healthcare organization based in Kilmarnock is seeking a Theatre Stores Technician at University Hospital Crosshouse. The successful candidate will manage supplies for the theatre complex, support store technicians, and contribute to a collaborative environment. Ideal applicants will have good communication skills and experience in an NHS setting is preferred. This position offers alternating working hours of 7am-3pm and 9:30am-5:30pm.

Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Theatre Stores Technician based at University Hospital Crosshouse.

What You Will Do

As a stores technician within the Theatre Complex you will be involved with all supplies functions associated with the main theatres. Previous knowledge or skills within an NHS setting are desirable.

You will provide support to the team of Store technicians within the department and assist in maintenance of all surgery stores duties.

Knowledge, Training And/or Experience Required To Do The Job

You will possess good interpersonal and communication skills as well as being able to work effectively as part of a team. You will be working in a supportive environment with emphasis on continuing personal development.

Hours

The hours of work will be 7am-3pm and 9.30am-5.30pm alternate weeks.
