Job summary

Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital is seeking a Theatre Practitioner in Scrub to join our surgical teams on an ad hoc bank basis. You will be focused, detail‑oriented and empathetic, with strong communication skills and HCPC/NMC registration.

The role involves scrub duties in a multi‑disciplinary theatre setting, supporting juniors and delivering high-quality perioperative care. Ad hoc shifts and weekend work are included where needed.

Qualifications

• Registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC/HCPC).
• Post‑registration scrub experience in Theatre.
• Able to work ad hoc/bank shifts and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Work in a multi-disciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload.
• Use state-of-the-art theatre equipment and facilities.
• Supervise, support and develop junior team members.
