Theatre Scrub Practitioner

Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital | Nursing | Bank Contract | Part-time | Includes weekend work
Up to £28.00 per hour, depending on experience

SFA enhanced rate where applicable.

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Theatre Scrub Practitioner at our hospital, you will:

  • Work in a multidisciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and facilities.
  • Supervise, support, and develop junior team members.
  • Provide high-quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary setting.
  • Create effective, evidence-based patient care and experiences.
  • Have opportunities for continuous growth and development, including Surgical First Assist training.
