Job summary

Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital is seeking a Theatre Practitioner (Scrub/ODP) for a part-time role with the option to consider a full-time position. The role includes weekend work and offers a benefits package, with pro rata pay up to £41,250 per annum based on experience.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team, provide perioperative care, supervise juniors, and use state-of-the-art technology to support high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC).
• Post-registration Scrub experience within a Theatre environment.
• Team player with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Work in a multi-disciplinary team covering a varied caseload in the theatre.
• Supervise, support and develop junior team members.
• Provide high-quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Contribute to patient care quality and experiences with evidence-based practice.
