Theatre Scrub Practitioner

Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital | Nursing | Permanent | Full time | Includes weekend work

Up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience

37.5 hours per week

Opportunity to complete SFA training with an adjustment in compensation upon course completion

As a Theatre Scrub Practitioner at our Cambridge Hospital, you’ll be focused, detail-oriented, empathetic, with great communication skills. You’re registered with the appropriate governing body, and you bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC or HCPC. With post-registration experience in scrub roles within a theatre environment, you’re a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.

As a Theatre Scrub Practitioner, you will:

• Work in a multidisciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload.
• Use state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and facilities.
• Supervise, support, and develop junior team members.
• Provide high-quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Create high-quality, evidence-based patient care and experiences.
