Join Our Team as a Theatre Scheduler – 9-Month Secondment Opportunity
Efficient Planning for Exceptional Care

We are excited to offer a 9-month secondment opportunity within the Trauma & Orthopaedic Department as a Theatre Scheduler, supporting the smooth and timely scheduling of patients for surgical procedures. This critical role is ideal for a highly organised and proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  2. Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with patients, staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
  3. A commitment to delivering high-quality administrative support within a healthcare setting.

About the Role:
As a Theatre Scheduler, you will:
  1. Book patients into theatres efficiently, ensuring timely surgical interventions.
  2. Liaise professionally with patients via telephone, providing essential information and support.
  3. Work collaboratively with consultants, medical staff, and administrative teams to maintain effective scheduling and coordination.
