Circle Health Group is recruiting a Theatre Practitioner on a bank basis at The Park Hospital, Nottingham. You will support theatre lists, prep instruments, monitor patients and assist the anaesthetist, with a focus on safety and infection control.

Ideal candidates are registered with NMC or HCPC, with theatre experience and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality care and teamwork.

Qualificações

• Theatre practitioner experience in scrub, anaesthetics or recovery.
• Strong infection control knowledge and safety practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy theatre.
• Commitment to patient safety and high care standards.

Responsabilidades

• Assist surgical team by preparing instruments and maintaining sterility; support anaesthetist with equipment and patient monitoring.
• Prepare operating theatres for each case and ensure equipment safety.
• Verify all surgical and anaesthetic equipment before use and report faults.
• Provide post-operative care, monitor vitals, manage pain and nausea, and aid discharge planning.
