Job Opportunity: Theatre Practitioner | Scrub

Location: HOVE, EAST SUSSEX, United Kingdom

Band: 5/6 equivalent | Full-time | Flexible hours – no overnight or Sunday shifts | Fully Funded Training Programs

Dream Medical is collaborating with a private hospital rated “Outstanding” by the CQC, offering advanced treatments with state-of-the-art technology. They are seeking a motivated and experienced ODP or Nurse with scrub experience to join their high-performing Theatre Team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support in assessing patients' health and well-being across a diverse caseload.
  2. Assist in delivering patient care tailored to individual needs.
  3. Promote best practices, contribute to quality improvements, and organize data for assessment.
  4. Develop a culture of health, safety, security, and infection control.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner with Orthopaedic Scrub experience.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Supported by professional and clinical knowledge.
