Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Theatre Practitioner RN/RODP to provide anaesthetic support, scrub, and recovery across the theatre services. You will contribute to safe, competent care for pre-, peri-, and post-operative patients, while upholding NMC/HCPC standards and maintaining accurate patient records.

You will work within a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring effective communication, involvement of patients and relatives in care decisions, and supporting audit

Formación

• RN or ODP level 3 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Anaesthetic rotation qualification or relevant experience.
• Evidence of recent professional development and commitment to ongoing learning.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain effective communication across theatre services and with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ensure high standards of patient care from pre- to post-operative stages and involve relatives in care decisions.
• Contribute to audit, data recording, and continuous service improvement within theatre.
