Theatre Practitioner - Orthopaedic Scrub

Location: Warwickshire Hospital | Scrub | Permanent contract | Full time | Includes weekend work
Salary: Up to £39,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Role Overview:

As a Scrub Practitioner/ Theatre Practitioner (ODP), you will be focused, detail-oriented, empathetic, and possess excellent communication skills. You must be registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC) and have relevant qualifications and experience, including post-registration experience in a Theatre environment. You should be a team player passionate about exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Work within a multidisciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload
  • Utilize state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and facilities
  • Supervise, support, and develop junior team members
  • Provide high-quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary setting
  • Create effective, evidence-based patient care experiences
  • Engage in continuous growth and personal development, including Surgical First Assist training opportunities
