Job summary

North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust at Hinchingbrooke Hospital is recruiting ODPs or Anaesthetic Nurses to join the Anaesthetic team in our busy theatre department. Two full-time posts are available with rotation through multiple theatre specialties and a seven-day service including late shifts, weekends, nights and on-calls.

Job description

We have an opportunity at Hinchingbrooke Hospital for ODPs or Anaesthetic Nurses to join the Anaesthetic team in our busy theatre department.

There are 2 full time posts available and the successful applicants will have the opportunity to rotate through various theatre specialties. Our trust has 10 theatres providing elective services in Colorectal, Orthopaedics, ENT, Gynae, Urology, Plastics, Breast, Ophthalmics, Obstetrics and Paediatrics, as well as Emergency surgery. Our dedicated teams cover satellite areas such as interventional radiology, A&E, MRI.

The post holders will need to be able to work as part of the multidisciplinary team helping to provide our patients with the highest level of care as well as being able to work as an individual practitioner. Applicants must be committed to delivering high quality patient focused care and have excellent interpersonal skills. We provide a seven day service including late shifts, weekends, nights and on-calls
