Job summary

Nuffield Health Leicester Hospital is seeking a Theatre Practitioner – Scrub (RGN/ODP) for a bank/adhoc role in Leicester. This part-time position includes weekend work and pays up to £28 per hour depending on experience.

The role requires registration with NMC or HCPC and post-registration Scrub experience, with a collaborative, patient-centered approach and strong teamwork to deliver high-quality care across multiple specialties.

Qualifications

As a Theatre Nurse/ODP in Scrub at our Leicester Hospital, you’ll be registered with the appropriate governing body. You have the qualifications and experience that are relevant to your registration, including NMC or HCPC. Plus, you bring post-registration experience, flexibility and excellent communication skills. You’re also a great team worker.

As a Theatre Nurse/ODP in Anaesthetics & Recovery, you will:

• Supervise, support and develop junior members of staff

• Experience in General, Orthopaedics, ENT, Gynae, Urology, Dental, Vascular, Plastics.

Founded in 1969, Nuffield Health Leicester Hospital was originally built from funds raised by the local community and is now one of the leading providers of private healthcare in Leicestershire.
