Rate: Up to £29 per hour, depending on experience

Note: Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

Role Overview: As a Scrub Practitioner/ Theatre Practitioner (ODP), you will be focused, detail-oriented, empathetic, and possess excellent communication skills. You should be registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC) and have relevant qualifications and experience, including post-registration experience in Scrub roles within a Theatre environment. You are a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work within a multidisciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload
• Utilize state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and facilities
• Supervise, support, and develop junior team members
• Provide high-quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary setting
• Create effective, evidence-based patient care experiences
• Opportunities for continuous growth, including Surgical First Assist training
