Job summary

Nuffield Health Leicester Hospital is seeking a Theatre Practitioner (ODP/RGN) to join the Anaesthetics & Recovery team on a bank contract in Leicester. Up to £25 per hour depending on experience, with ad hoc hours to suit the business and your availability.

You’ll be registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC) and bring post-registration experience, flexibility and excellent communication skills. A great team worker with a passion for high standards will fit well here.

Qualifications

• Registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC) and post-registration experience preferred.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication skills and flexibility for ad-hoc bank shifts.

Responsibilities

• Be part of our close-knit multidisciplinary theatre team.
• Work with consultants and colleagues in Anaesthetics & Recovery.
• Manage a varied caseload using state-of-the-art equipment and facilities.
• Supervise and support junior staff.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
• Collaborate with ward colleagues to ensure continuity of patient care.
