The Role:

As a Scrub Nurse or Theatre Practitioner (ODP), you may come from the NHS or a private setting. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with some of the best in the field and to grow your career. You will be valued and supported to achieve job satisfaction.

As a Theatre Nurse / Operating Department Practitioner, you will:

  • Work on a varied caseload using state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and facilities
  • Supervise, support, and develop junior staff members
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based, and appropriate patient care and experiences
The Person:

To succeed as a Theatre Nurse / ODP / Scrub RGN, you will have:

  • High levels of focus and engagement
  • A passion for high standards and meticulous attention to detail
  • Qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC or HCPC
  • Excellent communication skills and strong teamworking abilities; flexibility and motivation are essential
